HIGH ELASTIC LIMIT

The high elastic limit steels, have been studied and developed mainly for those fields of application where it is required:

• elevated mechanical resistance and tenacity (resilience to low degrees)
• excellent deformability to cold (bending, stamping)
• optimal weldability

It is the strongest structural steel in the world, means lighter and more innovative structures can be built. The consistency high elastic limit’s properties together with workshop friendliness offers increased productivity and shorter production lead times.

ANTI WEAR

Are steels characterized from an optimal mechanical resistance to usury and collision. They are distinguished, beyond that for the elevated hardness also for their optimal characteristics of tenacity and resistance to cold. Such prerogatives render them therefore more suitable of traditional steels in multiple application fields where is demanded mechanical usury resistance. The sheets are supplied to the state tempered (in water) with a cooling control.

This versatile wear plate increases payload and service life in tough environments. It’s combination of strength, hardness and toughness makes it stand up to extreme wear.
